The vast expanse of our pastures and forests makes it possible to adopt an ancient system of bovine breeding, it is called brado (which means that the cows calf outside in their natural surroundings). Approximately 400 head of chianina (a type of breed) are raised in our pastures from May to December and are feed entirely of our own land. The chianina is genetically predisposed to the production of very tasty and lean meat; qualities that are enhanced by the implementation of a traditional breeding system set in a natural setting that guarantees a well-balanced and natural growth for the animals.
