The Azienda Agricola Antonio Bachetoni is located in hills to the north of Spoleto in Umbria and has an area of approximately 1.300 hectares; the environment and climate of the place are ideal for the production of olive oil, truffles and high quality meats.
We entrust the production of these high quality products to the skill and experience of our maestranze (workforce), as they have a knowledge that has absorbed the latest farming methodologies, but at the same time, still follows the rhythms and the techniques of the peasant traditions. This delicate relationship, a profound sensitivity to the environment and a respect for man produces oil, truffles and meats on our land that is of an exceptionally high standard.
